Hello. I'm trying to add shortcut in control center (CC), after I added it, there is no options to choose concrete quick shortcut there. Only empty icon in CC appearing, without interaction after I tap on it. It only interacts when Long press on it - there two opt. "new quick shortcut" and "gallery".
What am I doing wrong?

I reinstalled shortcut app and and it repaired
I had the same problem with the inability to "Choose" but deleting the app and reinstalling it fixed it for me just now

Yes, that's what exactly i do. But in my case there is no option to “choose” my custom shortcut (p.5 in your post). I've already restored control center settings, restart device, sing out/sing in iCloud, but all this are useless.
i’ve had the same issue for a couple months now same exact situation you can select a shortcut, but you just get an empty icon and you can’t select the shortcut to run and the shortcuts that I already had there when I upgraded to iOS 26 just won’t work
In step 5, you don't see that screen or is it another issue with choosing ?

No, just icon appears on the CC
No this is not appearing and tapping on the empty icon doesn’t bring this up either like it used to. I believe it happened once I updated to iOS 26.
