How do I fix Touch Bar flickering issue on 2019 MacBook Pro?

In the last month a flickering artifact has appeared on my touchbar. Also a couple of times the touchbar completely stopped displaying, although it continued to work. Tried 1. `sudo pkill TouchBarServer` in Terminal.

2. Check the settings.

3. Restart in Safe Mode.

4. Update macOS.

5. Reset SMC and NVRAM.

6. Create a new user to check. None of this helped. Is it possible to solve the problem or should I contact the service
