That phone was manufactured for the Chinese market and therefore does NOT support eSIM.
It has 2x IMEIs because it’s still a dual-SIM phone; albeit with 2x nanoSIMs.

Not on the A2223 version that the OP was asking about. That version is dual SIM only. Other versions of the iPhone 11.....yes.

It is possible to install an ESim on the iPhone 11. ESim is supported from the iPhone XR/XS and up
I understood it's possible also on iPnone11, but not for A2223 model.
