How can I track my lost iPhone and remove Activation Lock?

"My phone iphone 15 pro has been lost, and I've been emailing Apple Support for the past 5-6 months to unlock my ID or remove it from the phone. I have all the proofs, including the box with the blocked ID, which was created with my name and number. I purchased a second-hand phone and don't have the official Apple receipt. I live in Karachi, Pakistan. Recently, I received a message now on my new phone that my phone old phone is found and currently switched on open link to see location by Apple. Now, when I try to open Find My, it's asking for the ID that's blocked and can't be unlocked. My ID is m******@icloud.com, and I'm unable to reset the password due to permanent lock. How can I track my phone's location? I have all the necessary proofs."

The message you received on your new phone is from a scammer. Using your new Apple Account on your phone would not link your old device for Apple to even send a message to you.

If Apple said your account is permanently locked, there is nothing you are going to be able to do to access that account. The good news is that the scammer cannot access it either. As long as your Passcode was not something like "1111" or "1234", they cannot even unlock your phone. The phone will lock if they try to enter the wrong code too many times. They are also not able to reset your phone to even use it because they will not be able to remove the Activation Lock.

You will not be able to track the phone's location without access to your account. Consider a situation where a person buys a phone and gives it to someone else where they can enter their own Apple Account. Proving that you purchased the device would not give you the right to track that persons location and would not prove that you are the account owner, since no positive identification is needed to create an Apple Account.

That message is not from Apple officials. Apple does not get involved with lost and stolen iPhones. The message was from a criminal, who was hoping to fool you into providing your Apple ID and Apple ID password. With that, they could clear Activation Lock on your phone and “make your phone their own.” They could also do other nasty things like ransacking any data backed up or synchronized to iCloud.

Brother i recieved msg from apple official on my sim card in which they r saying that that your lost iphone 15 pro is found and temporarily switched and also sent a link to see location But when I open the link, Apple's Find My iPhone website opens and asks for password and ID, which is blocked.

As I said, that is not from Apple. That is the thief who sent you the message claiming to be from Apple and they want you to enter your Password so they can unlock your phone and use it for themselves. They got your password when you entered it, even though they said it was blocked. You can be sure that your Apple Account is going to be unusable as they can change every detail about it. Consider the phone gone.
