Suspected loose battery in iPhone 14 Pro when tilting or shaking

This sounds like a physical issue with the iPhone that would need evaluation and servicing at your nearest Apple Store's Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Now you did state your iPhone is "new", even though the last time the iPhone was sold was September of 2023. It may be new to you, but this would indicate either a used iPhone, which likely occurred the damage, or a new but deteriorating iPhone in the box. You may also want to contact the original seller, which couldn't have been Apple.

What do you mean it's "new"?

The iPhone 14 Pro was discontinued almost 2 years ago.

I strongly recommend you return it to wherever you got it and get your money back. It is highly unlikely you have a "new" phone.

From the sound of it, I'm guessing it may have been refurbished or serviced by an unauthorized party.
