At first I thought it is coz of my charger so I used my sister’s iPhone and it is still working. I changed the charger and it is working but it’s not charging continuously, it kept shutting down like it is restarting itself. I’ve tried force restarting it but it’s stuck with apple logo and then black screen.

It's likely either a defective battery or a defective mother board.....possibly both.
