My macbook air m1 suddenly not open, if i check this in apple services do i need to pay? Only checking unit for me to know what is the problem

If and how much you may get charged for any diagnostics depends where you live, the particular store you take it to, and sometimes whether the machine needs to be opened and also whether you have AppleCare+ or not as the machine may be out of the initial factory warranty.
Follow the advice in the previous post and make contact and ask that question there.
