i just I bought Macbook air M3 13in i want to know if screen protector for Jetec and case for the laptop will damage it.

Apparently having a screen protector can damage the hinge, so I can avoid it. You can see videos where ther hinge is visibly getting damaged due to there being minimal gap between the screen and the keys, without a protector.
Make sure to only buy accessories that are supported, you can find them in the apple store or at authorized resellers.
That way you make sure that the accessories won't damage your MacBook
