I did everything that apple support suggested yet it’s still not working. I fully charged it and reset it a few times cleaned it and to no avail please help me with that

I had the exacta the same problem with my right AirPod Pro. Took them into the local Genius Bar twice. The first time the replaced both AirPods with no fix. The second time they changed the case and all is well. Since I was under warranty I paid nothing for the new parts.
You might try this however: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support . I didn't know about it at the time. If it works fine. Otherwise make an appointment at the nearest Apple Genius Bar for a free diagnostic test.

If it is still not charging you might need to set up hardware service for your AirPod Contact - Official Apple Support to do that
