Unable to Create Apple ID for Company Use

I’m facing issues while creating an Apple ID for my company.

Sometimes I get the error: “Verification code can’t be sent to this number.” I’ve tried 4–5 different numbers, including numbers of friends in other locations, but the result is the same.

Other times, after entering the verification code, I see the message: “Your account can’t be created at this time.”

I tried the workaround suggested in a video (creating the account through Apple TV or Apple Music). The account was created successfully, but when I try to sign in, it sends an OTP to both email and phone. After successful verification, I get an error screen saying: “An unknown error has occurred.”

I also contacted Apple Support more than three times, but no solution was provided, and the calls were disconnected each time after like 15-20 minutes.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any guidance on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

Wondering whether the usual Apple (ID) Account is really suitable for company use.

We don't know your needs, of course, and I'm no expert in this area ... yet your post deserves some response.

If you already have a personal Apple (ID) Account:

Individual details like email addresses and phone numbers may not be usable in more than one account.

Seems many individuals have two phone numbers (business and personal) for their one Apple Account,

Even in families, each individual (including children) would need to have their own unique Apple (ID) Account.

Trouble-shooting: "Learn what to do if you can’t create an Apple Account.

You can try again later, or try a different way to create an Apple Account:

If you can’t create an Apple Account or see “your account cannot be created at this time” - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"If you’re trying to set up multiple accounts for a business or employees,

use a Managed Apple Account in Apple Business Manager, or let users create their own accounts."
