To check your Apple product's purchase date, go to checkcoverage.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, or check your device's warranty information in its settings and subtract one year to find the approximate purchase date. If this date is incorrect, you must contact Apple Support with your original sales receipt to get the correct date updated. 

You did not purchase a new phone. You purchased a phone that was refurbished by a non Apple repair shop. You have no warranty on the device. If the store that sold it to you told you it was new, they lied.

Also, there is no support in Russia from Apple, contacting them will do no good.
