Replacing iPhone 7 battery with a larger, longer-lasting one

OK, so I actually have two iPhones I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max that I use most of the time but when I’m working on some rough jobs, I have an iPhone 7 that I carry with me and I do use it quite a bit mainly because I am much prefer the fingerprint sensor over facial recognition but my question is can I have the iPhone 7’s battery replaced with a bigger one that also lasts slightly longer because with heavy use, I only get about an hour

No. What you can do is get an external battery pack or battery case for the phone. You can easily fine them on Amazon.


Given the age of that phone, the stock battery undoubtedly needs to be replaced. The 7 is (surprisingly) still listed as supported. Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store and have the battery replaced.
