After updating my iPhone XS Max to iOS 18.6, I noticed that the vibration is not working anymore. Also, the battery performance has decreased compared to before.
Now I see that iOS 18.6.2 is available.
Will updating to 18.6.2 fix the vibration issue?
Or is there any other solution without doing this update?

And there's your answer. It has nothing to do with the update. Your battery is degraded and you either need to pay Apple to replace the battery or buy a new iPhone. Once battery health dips to 80%, the useful life of the battery had been spent.

Vibration is not working totally , even i check on the haptic category to click all of haptic that it’s okay here or not but it not working.

18.6.2 fixes a zero day vulnerability in 18.6.1 so yes it is good.
