What should I do, I had a double charge for a month. I applied and they refunded me for one charge and disabled my YouTube and book subscription, although 2 weeks earlier I had already been charged a day for these applications.I can't understand where I should write, since the double withdrawal of money is not visible in Apple, but is visible through PayPal.

Youtube allows a subscription with Google directly and also an in-app purchase that is managed by Apple. It sounds like you had a subscription in both places and why Google would allow that is unknown by me. If you applied for a refund with Apple, then the subscription managed by Apple would be cancelled and if the refund was approved you would see it in your Apple Purchase History. You will not see any information in your Apple Account if you paid for a subscription with Google directly using you PayPal account and will have to contact YouTube for the refund in that case.
