How to remove credit card auth from account while not logged-in

I dont know the year, but I created an Apple Account with my hotmail email, added a virtual credit card to the account, and probably enabled 2F auth.

That credit card was deleted by me at some time, but I have its details, like number, security code, expiry date, etc... But every time I want to signin to the account, I need to write the card's security code, but it is not valid anymore.

The bank sent me a document with all the card details but saying "This card is canceled and not available for transactions and validity checks."

So I am completely locked out. I can prove the e-mail, phone number, and credit card are all mine. Why can't I disable that layer to access it???

Apple Accounts don't use credit card numbers or codes for access authentication.

If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, and it is asking for a 6 digit code, that code is one that the Two Factor authentication process generates and sends to your trusted devices each time you try to log in. It has nothing to do with your credit card at all.

Said code should appear on screen on other devices that are logged in to the same Apple Account. If you don't have another device logged in to that account, then you can send the code to a trusted number you have previously set up for that account. Again, it has nothing to do with your card whatsoever.

The only time it would ask for a credit card number, would be if you are going through the recovery process at iforgot.apple.com. The existence of the card in this case would not be important, as it's just asking for a number it has registered, and is not going to validate it with the bank at all.

Once you can access the account, you can enter a new credit card.
