Restored iPhone 13 mini asks to 'Use another device to Sign in' after battery replacement

"I just backed-up and wiped my iPhone 13 mini prior to getting the battery replaced, and after restoring my wiped iPhone from a backup to my Mac Ultra, my phone is asking to "Use another device to Sign in". How do I do this?

I am running iOS 18.6.2"

Go Here: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple Account - Apple Support. Do you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled? If so, it is sending a code to a Trusted Device. Access the code on that device. Sign in with Two-Factor Authentication - Apple Support

"Ok, I now have been able to push-up on the iPhone screen (from the middle of the screen), and this exposed a place where I could type in my Apple ID password word. So it looks like the problem is now fixed."

From what you've reported, either the screen was not responding, or the login pane was hidden (likely a flaw in the macOS, due to resolution changes).

Getting into this Device:

A. Confirming the Location:

Find My is for location retrieval. It would play no part, other than seeing where it is located, and if your other deices are signed into the same Apple Account. So, turn it one, and then go here, seeing if you other devices are seen: https://www.icloud.com/find

B. Make your Mac a Trusted Device:

If this Mac is giving you this issue, then you need to make it a Trusted Device.

On your Mac: Choose Apple menu  > System Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Two-Factor Authentication. In the Trusted Phone Number section, you can add and remove phone numbers.

C. Location Restrictions:

Note that Two-Factor Authentication is not a service available in all countries/regions. So, if you are just visiting a difference country, then perform this when you get home. See if it is seen here: Availability of Two-Factor Authentication for Apple Account - Apple Support
