What is the Sky Llama device on my iPhone?

It's a device you're signed into with your Apple account. Most likely a smart TV with the TV+ app on it or one you've added to Apple Home.

By the way, if you are sharing an Apple account with someone you should stop that ASAP. Each person needs their own account. Sharing an account is an invitation to disaster when it comes to cross contamination of data and potential data loss.

Are you aware or OK with the fact that your call logs are merged on your devices and you can both read each other's text message, whether you want them to or not? Apple has recommended for more than a decade that Apple Accounts should NOT be shared.

Please do yourself a favor and stop sharing an account. You each need your own. There are ways to share content, apps, etc. without sharing an account.
