Need Apple support assistance for stolen iPhone
My iPhone was stolen 10 months ago. I followed all the recommended steps (police report, iCloud deactivation, removal from Find My). I still have the official purchase invoice.
I would like to contact Apple Support to know if it’s possible to trace (ideally) or block the device using the serial number/IMEI. However, each time I try, the website redirects me to this page: Localiser votre iPhone ou iPad perdu - Assistance Apple (FR) without providing a concrete solution.
What is the best way to reach Apple for this type of case?
