Deleting a bad certificate on iPhone
Keep getting a bad certificate popping up. How to delete it

Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, do you have anything showing there?
Or is this a website certificate saying the site cannot be trusted and you only see that message when attempting to visit the website?
It may be helpful to see the message you are receiving to determine if it is a Developer Certificate or Website Certificate.
