Unable to hear anything from my MacBook Pro

I have a MackBook Pro 14. Yes the software is all updated. It has lost its sound 2 days ago.

example: My Spanish teacher can hear me on zoom but I could not hear him.

Spotify no music playing. I do not have any external stuff hooked up to it.

yes I did check to make sure the mute wasn’t on and all that stuff. Yes I have tried and looked up everything else to try and fix it and nothing.

I can’t take it to a store because I live in Nicaragua. Might become a desk decoration. Thank you

Troubleshooting Internal Mac Speakers:

A. Try Resetting the Core Audio:

Type the following command in Terminal:

sudo killall coreaudiod

To get to Terminal go to: Applications > Utilities > Terminal

B. Visit these Apple Support Links:

If you can't Hear Sound from your Mac Speakers - Apple Support

If the Internal Speakers on your Mac aren't Working - Apple Support

Get Help if the Internal Speakers on your Mac don't Make Sound - Apple Support

Troubleshooting Internal Mac Speakers:

View "Audio" in System Information:

Go to: Apple menu
Hold Down: option button
Select: System Information
Expand: Hardware
Click: Audio
Look for: MacBookPro Microphone and MacBook Pro Speakers

Is the sound off in both the built-in speakers and plug-in headphones/earbuds. If plug-in headphones work and the built-in speakers don't, that could be a very specific issue that may be user-fixable.

Do you have any BlueTooth speakers or headphones for testing?

I think this problem is plaguing in Mac Book Pro recently. I can quote three other similar problems in the user community including me . It’s either a manufacturing defect or a software incompatibility issue in recent updates. My service centre has advised to change the main logic board and it’s still in repair for past 4 weeks
