How do I stop Safari from redirecting to Yahoo on iPhone 16?

iPhone 16 all of a sudden safari goes to yahoo. I have checked settings and safari is default with google as engine. It won’t change back. My iPad is paired with the phone and iPad is fine, matching settings. I can’t access all my favorites on safari now that yahoo took over. Any advice to get rid of yahoo? Thanks.

Browser Always Going to Yahoo!:

And the iPhone just might have a few of these settings that need not be when they are. Here is how to rid of these: How to Clear "System Data" in your iPhone's Storage: - User Tips.
