Urgent: Camera flickering and exposure issues on iOS 18.6.x in iPhone 13

After update from iOS 16.6.1 to 18.6 i noticed issues with HDR a exposure issues when taking selfies or recoding videos.

It's usually happing when you recording or taking selfie and half of the view is sky. The sky is flickering and have issues with exposure. It's basically overexposured.

You can reproduce it with exposure set to 0 default and trying to record video with sky or sunset let's say. You can demonstrate the issue easily when you set exposure to +2 and try the same thing.

It's basically present in attached video.

You can see there there during recoding and zooming is more noticeable.

This bug is really annoying and i can't use my camera.

On iOS 16 was everything good.

I posted feedback already: FB19981557

Get this Diagnosed by Apple:

You've already done you part in providing feedback. So, from here, get this serviced. There would be no cost to have it diagnosed. So, set up a. Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store, and see where things go from there. Being an older device, maybe consider upgrading when a newer device is released.
