this account is deleted and I create and login new account but I going to update my apps it’s requesting me deleted account password?

Items downloaded using one account remain tied to that account. If the apps are free, delete them and redownload them with your current account. If you have any subscriptions tied to the apps under the old account, or if you had to pay for the apps, see if you can transfer them to the new account. If you cannot, you will have to pay for them again.

If you hadn't deleted the old account you could have looked into using Family Sharing to share the purchases. Too late for that now.

The old account is stored inside those applications. Delete and redownload them.
