Turning off Section suggestions within lists on the Reminders app

I just started utilizing the Reminders app for our grocery lists. I have created my own categories and manually ordered them so that they match the physical layout of our store.

However, any time I add an item under a section that I definitely want it in because that’s where it belongs, the app “suggests” that I add it to an entirely new section within the list that does not otherwise exist and that I simply don’t want to use—I want to use the sections that I created, named and sorted how I would like them to be. Sometimes, the suggested sections are COMPLETELY off—shown in screenshot.

Additionally, I have turned off literally every app setting involving suggestions. Current settings also shown in screenshot. Nothing is working. I love this app otherwise, but this is becoming enough for me to stop using it. Any tips on how to get these section suggestions from occurring?
