Power bank recommendations for MacBook Pro to last through 5 hours

I have a 13″ MacBook Pro and need it to last through back-to-back lectures (about 5 hours). Outlets are rarely available, so I’m looking for a reliable power bank that works well with this MacBook. Any recommendations for capacity/wattage or brands? I don't want to ruin my MacBook on accident.

You’ll want two things: enough watt-hours and the right USB-C PD output. For your MacBook Pro (ships with a 61–67 W USB-C adapter), target a bank that can sustain 60–100 W PD so it keeps pace while you’re working. For ~5 hours of lecture use (light apps, Wi-Fi, note-taking at ~8–15 W), budget 50–80 Wh delivered. Brands like Anker, UGREEN, Baseus, and Belkin are a good place to start considering.
