My Wired Rownfusny Wired R06 Headphones play all sounds, music, etc., except for voice from incoming phone calls. I have tried changing every possible iPhone 13 setting, but nothing seems to work. The only thing I have not done is doing a full Setting Reset. Any ideas?

OK. Since iPhone 13 does not have a headphone jack, either there's an issue with the headphones or the adapter you're using to connect the headphones to your iPhone. Do you have another adapter and is the adapter you're using one from Apple?
Do your wired headphones have a built in microphone? If no, you wouldn't be able to use them for phone calls as even if you could hear the caller, they wouldn't be able to hear you if the headphones don't have a microphone.
I bought a Lightning Male to USB Female Adapter OTG Data Sync Cable Compatible with Iphone13 on Amazon. Not sure why everything else comes through the headphones except for the voice over the phone. But, I will try an Apple equivalent.
