Receiving a call transcript from phone support.

So, Apple charged me 60$ worth of subscriptions as soon as I added money to my Apple Cash. The subscriptions were from apps I don’t even have anymore, I cancelled and requested a refund in under 10 minutes as these aren’t charges i authorized. Apple denied me a refund even after admitting multiple times they authorized the purchase and this a setting implemented on everyone’s phone automatically and you have to go to your settings to turn it off. obviously i call support because this is outrageous, and a hidden feature the support member was rude and unhelpful he told me I couldn’t record the call and that he could provide me with a transcript of the call. Before he would so called send me a link, he hung up on me. Is it true that they can provide call transcripts or did he lie to me.

Actually I didn’t authorize them, they were subscriptions I previously canceled Apple support confirmed they authorized the charge because I had a setting called “reoccurring subscription “ please re read what I said and stop spreading false information under my post.

There is no Setting called "reoccurring subscription". All subscriptions auto renew if not cancelled a day before the renewal period. That is not specific to Apple, as the same thing will happen for a Netflix, Walmart, HBO, Amazon Prime, etc, subscription. None of them require reauthorizing as you have already authorized the subscription to be renewed until you cancel. Cancelling after you were charged for the renewal makes no difference, and that charge will be waiting for you if it was previously unable to process due to a billing issue.

You were charged when you added money because you had made a previous purchase that was unable to be processed. It makes no difference if you no longer have the apps and not using them does not make the subscription go away. I have a Netflix subscription and I will be billed every month whether I watch any of the shows or not. You have to cancel those yourself here:

In most cases all transactions in the App Store are final. At times, Apple may provide a compassionate refund, but it should never be expected. Subscriptions charges are authorized by you and you will continue to be charged until they are cancelled. When you authorized the free trial/subscription, there is a message on the screen before you are required to double click the side button for confirmations, that says to avoid future charges you must cancel at least a day before the date shown on the screen. It really can't be more clear than that.

Sorry, I cannot help with the call transcripts. The charges you received are expected and were authorized by you. Note that it is the same no matter what company you have a subscription with. The same is true for HBO, Netflix, Walmart, Amazon, Google Play Store, etc, they all work the same way.
