No. Changing the primary email address of your Apple Account does not have any effect on the account's subscriptions, purchases, or other related content. Everything will remain active and accessible.

Earlier replies here are correct. Change is entirely possible.

Before changing, I would verify all other associated email addresses are correct, as well as all phone numbers, and would review existing or consider adding both recovery contacts and legacy contacts.

Having all that entirely correct and current can mean any (unlikely) problems can be more easily resolved.
