Phone number on MacOS Sequoia Messages?

On my iPhone, people have been able to contact me on Messages through my phone number. In the past, I've been able to add my phone number on the MacOS as an option. On Sequoia, not only can I not do that, but all of the central settings for any of the apps seemed to have been eliminated from the System Settings.

Anyone have any idea how to deal with this? Most of my messages come over on my phone number. To not have that on my Mac just seems incomprehensibly stupid.

You add the Mac to your iPhone through the iPhone under Settings>Apps>Messages>Text Message Forwarding.
