How can I keep specific apps from being offloaded automatically?

is there a way to offload unused apps on my iphone but protect certain apps (like banking apps) from being offloaded? When banking apps are offloaded, I need to visit a branch to reactivate them. It makes sense to be able to "whitelist" certain apps of your choice.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 18

No, but you can turn off automatic offloading in Settings ➜ Apps ➜ App Store ➜ Offload Unused Apps.

Also, if your storage is so low, the iPhone is offloading apps you do use regularly, then you should be looking to make more space on the device rather than wrangling with offloading.
