Bluetooth mouse does not work in landscape mode on iPhone XS

The bluetooth mouse connected to the iphone does not work correctly when the screen is placed in landscape mode in various applications. The mouse moves incorrectly (the directions are mixed up) and the movement area is limited (only half of the screen). iPhone XS

I'm using a mouse from Logitech MX Vertical and MX Master 3S. I've tried with various applications that work in a horizontal format (safari, windows, etc.). The problems start when I flip the screen to a horizontal position. While writing this text, I discovered a bug through trial and error. If I connect the mouse while the phone is in a vertical position, the problems occur when I switch to a horizontal format. If you connect the mouse while the phone is in a horizontal position and an app is running, it works in a horizontal format in all apps, but when you turn the phone into a vertical position, the problem appears in a vertical position. This is a clear software bug from Apple. How can I send this event to them?
