I wear my apple watch 9 every day and this week it started to ask passcode maybe every 3h
I dont know why but every time i want to see my notifications this happens
Any tips? Do you have it too?

Do you have wrist detection enabled? Make sure that the watch band is snug enough to keep the watch in contact with your wrist.

And you've read the article on how to properly adjust the watch band?
If so, try unpairing and re-pairing the watch.
