New iPhone 16 Pro Max stuck during update with glitches and reboot loop

I’ve been through two iPhones in the past few hours that download the update then the wheel pops up in the bottom left, the phone glitches I do a restart and the. The login screen just comes up for a few seconds and phone starts hearing through the box. Any advice what to do ?
