Unable to Receive Verification Code – Cannot Sign In to Apple ID
Hi!
I am unable to sign in to my Apple ID due to an issue with two-factor authentication. I want to clarify that:
- I remember my Apple ID email and my password correctly.
- Every time I attempt to sign in, the verification code is supposed to be sent to my trusted phone number, but I do not receive it.
- My phone number is active, and I am receiving all other SMS messages without any issue.
- The other option is to have the verification code sent to my Apple ID email, but I cannot access that email without signing in first. - which again requires the verification code which I’m not receiving
This has left me in a loop: I cannot receive the SMS verification code, and I cannot use the email option because it requires me to sign in first. As a result, I cannot access iCloud or any of my Apple services.
Could you please help me resolve this issue and advise how I can regain access to my Apple ID? Because it’s now blocked, In recovery due to many attempts of requesting the verification code!! If the initial support team is unable to assist, please escalate this case to the account recovery team for further review.
