have you connected your iPhone to any Bluetooth device recently? I mean some devices have these features that may be shown in widgets and stuff like battery levels so I don't know I'm just trying to help by making a logical supposition: sometimes it maybe wasn't disconnected correctly so it's like it is still paired. it hasn't happened to me but I've heard something about it and it's always safe to keep your Bluetooth settings very under control cause sometimes we actually pair our devices and forget to disconnect and stuff so I don't know if I helped but it could be something to be checked.
