About mackbook warranty i bought this MacBook 2025 September 04

Hello,

I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2, but when I check the warranty coverage on Apple’s website, it shows an expiry date of December 25, 2025. Since I bought this device just now, the warranty should last for one year from the purchase date. I have the official purchase invoice as proof.

Could you please help me adjust the warranty date according to my purchase receipt?

Thank you very much!

MacBook Air

This is a user-to-user forum. The people that work for Apple may or may not read postings here, and seldom reply. We can’t adjust purchase dates.

Coupang is reportedly an authorized reseller.

The MacBook Air M2 was last sold in March 2024, so this is probably either refurb, or is new old stock.

If you want Apple to look into this purchase date detail, you’ll need an original purchase receipt from (presumably) Coupang showing the serial number, and a discussion directly with Apple Support.
