Citi Mobile app not supported on iPad Air 2

citicard app for Air 2 now requires OS v16.xx or later.


Where can I find older version to download (or alternate app) ?

Generally, once a bank decides to require a “higher” OS for their app; they won’t even accept connections from an older version of the app.


Therefore, they remove the older versions from the App Store.


If this app is “critical” for you, it’s time to upgrade to newer hardware which is capable of running the newer - and now “required” - software.


You can of course contact your bank to see what other options might be available to you.
