Apple Music Student Plan – Unable to Verify Eligibility

Hi, I’m trying to activate the Apple Music Student subscription, but I keep getting the error message: “Unable to verify your eligibility.”

Here’s what I have tried so far:

• Selected my university (Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna) on UNiDAYS.

• Attempted the process both on iPhone and Mac.

• I always used the same Apple ID, but the system seems to detect it as if I had used different accounts.

• Tried logging out/in multiple times, but the issue persists.

• Checked my email and university credentials: they are correct.

Is there a way to fix this problem? For example, resetting the verification on UNiDAYS or properly linking my Apple ID?
