Apple Music subscription through Mtn not working on my Apple device

I subscribe to Apple Music through my network service provider (Mtn) and I was charged 1300 naira for it but my Apple Music doesn’t allow me play songs and it shows like I haven’t subscribed

Have you linked your MTN offer to your Apple account?

MTN should have sent an email to complete the link.


If they have not, you need to contact MTN to get an other email and complete the process.
