Converting Procreate animations into compatible live wallpapers for iPhone Lock Screen and Home Screen

I have created a short 1.5 second animation using Procreate that is to be used as live wallpapers for the IPhone. However, I am having problems with converting it into a suitable video type that preserves the frame rate of the animation. It works fine when I download it to my phone app, however when I set it to work as a wallpaper, the animation begins to slow down/morph/act in weird choppy ways. I have tried using different frame rates as well ie 15fps, 30fps and 60fps.

I have used Procreate to create the animation and I am currently using my IPhone 15ProMax with IOS 18.5 and IPhone 16ProMax IOS 18.6.2 to test it out. I have used third party apps such as IntoLive, Live Wallpaper, VideotoLive Wallpapers, Video to Live Wallpapers Maker, Video to Live Wallpaper, TurnLive and Live Wallpaper Maker and I am getting a variation of the same result.

Thank you for this lead! But as you can see, one of the first apps I used was IntoLive. And the app works fine and exports a video as a Live Photo. However on Apple’s side, they take out some frames and optically blend them and for some videos do not even register the animation and only display the last two frames. I have also recently updated my device to 18.6.2
