Email Address Rejected by Server

My 12 y/o daughter is unabe to get emails on her icloud account. She use to get emails with no issues and I have not changed any account settings for her. I get an error code stating her icloud address is not a valid email address and it has been rejected by the server. Her icloud email is valid and she can send emails, but not receive them. Help.

Have her send you an email. See if the email address she is sending from is actually the one you think you are sending emails to - you may be misremembering.


If the email comes from her to you with no issues, try replying to it and see if it goes through or also gets rejected by the server.


If the email address is correct and replies to emails received from her get rejected, then you need Apple Support to sort out whatever is wrong on the back end.
