OK. But what you think anyone here on this user to user only forum can do about that is unclear? Since it clearly isn't a trade option, sell the phone privately and use the money towards the iPhone you want. You'll surely get more for it privately than you would from Apple. Or see what trade options your carrier may be offering, who may well be willing to take your Google in trade.
