Docking Station replacement - Macbook Pro M4 Max 16in Nov 2024

Hello all,

I have replaced my old macbook pro with a new one:

• Macbook Pro - 16", Nov 2024, M4 Max, 128 GB ram, currently running Sequoia 15.6

I have a holdover doc that still (mostly works):

• Kensington SD5700T Thunderbolt 4 Docking Station, Dual 4K, 90W PD - Window and Mac OS (K35175NA)

My setup:

• Two exterior 27" monitors (i'd like ot maybe go to 3, but I curretly simply keep the laptop open on a stand of the third, not a deal breaker.
• USB hub to a few peripherals (three USB exterior hard drives, webcam, loose usb-c to usb cord to hook up phone to download photos, exterior mic)
• Mouse and keyboard, bluetooth N/A

It mostly works, but I have two minor issues I simply would like to eliminate:

1. The webcam no longer works unless it is hooked up to the macbook directly, I don't want this as it makes the desk messier and more crummy
2. The phone hookup (admittedly a droid) has a pain in the rear connecting sometimes.

I get a USB error message when I hook up the phone:

"USB Accessories Disabled: Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices"

Since the old macbook didn't have this issue, my understanding is that the Kensington dock provides enough to keep my laptop powered (it's good to charge), but doesn't have enough juice left over to power the whole show.

To that end (and thanks for getting this far):

1. What is a good dock that fulfills the following:

• ONE cord solution to the right Usb-C / Thunderbolt port in the laptop
• Allows at least 2 monitors via single cord solution, and preferably 3
• Powers laptop through single cord solution while still having power for peripherals
