Unauthorized iTunes subscription and cancellation assistance

I didn’t sign up to i tunes & am being charged €9.99 every month. I can’t see how to cancel it. Can anyone help please?

iTunes the application is free, it has no subscription.


You may be subscribed to some Apple service or app you accessed the free trial for, and then forgot to cancel though, but not iTunes. Free trials will renew into paid subscriptions unless cancelled.


If the charge appears as "apple.com.bill" or "iTunes.com/bill" it comes from Apple's platform, but may be for a number things.


If it appears as something else, then it is not coming from your Apple account.


You can verify your active subscriptions and cancel them by following the steps in the support document linked below.

Additionally, if you are the family organizer in a Family sharing group, or share your payment method with anybody, then the charge may be coming from them and would only be visible on their account, not yours.
