Refunds from cancellation of a subscription

Please help. I have canceled a subscription on an app, and requested for a refund and then the next day I received an email from apple that they have decided to refund it but I haven’t received the refunds up to this moment…

Once Apple approves the refund it's up to your bank or payment method issuer to reflect it on your account. It can take up to 30 days depending on payment method.
