iPhone 7 Plus call speaker not working on iOS 15.8.4

I'm using an iPhone 7+ on ios 15.8.4 before I proceed. It's damaged and old but I can't afford a new one. As of today, whenever I call (using the phone app/directly from messages) it doesn't ring aloud and the speaker is gray as if I can't turn it on (Yes, I tried clicking it.) I've checked bluetooth and disabled it and it does nothing. Ringer is on and I've also tried it off. Other sounds WILL play, just not calls. I tried calling on Instagram and it let me call but I couldn't hear anything still. I've tried having others call me instead of me calling them, it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do. This is incredibly aggitating and I hate when phones stop working as well just because they're older.

Most faults have never happened before.

If restarting doesn't help then get a burner phone for $10

Microphone isn't working.. I feel like also adding I've had this phone for years and this problem developed TODAY. I was able to call and use my microphone just yesterday. Nothing in speakers, not just a speaker problem, I just can't hear calls and my microphone won't work. YES, it is on. I'm tired of going through threads of people with similar issues and they ask obvious questions. Yes, the microphone is on, yes, I've turned ringer on and off, yes the volume is up, No I don't have hearing issues. I know these weren't asked but just for reference so they don't have to be asked.

Save up for a new phone, that one is obsolete and unrepairable now .

You admitted the phone is damaged, what more do you want to hear? If you can't afford a new phone now, then buy a cheap flip phone until you can afford a better one.

nevermind brochacho. it hasnt got in any more damage than it was in yesterday. im tryna say it was simultaneous. i wanted actual resources that could help.
