AirPods Pro 2 precision Finding not working

I am experiencing an issue with my AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C version). The Precision Finding feature does not work on my iPhone.

• In the Find My app, my AirPods only show the last known location (from 4 days ago). The options available are only Play Sound and Directions, but there is no Precision Finding option. (See the first attached screenshot).

• In the AirPods settings, the device shows normal options such as Microphone, Optimized Battery Charging, and “Show in Find My”. However, there is no Precision Finding option available. Also, the “Play Sound for Charging Case” option is greyed out. (See the second attached screenshot).

This suggests that my AirPods Pro 2 are not activating the Precision Finding function.

Could you please help me check if this is a hardware issue (U1 chip not working), a software/firmware problem, or an Apple ID/Find My setup issue?
