Still being billed for a subscription that I canceled months ago.

  1. I am still being billed for a subscription I canceled months ago. I followed all the steps to cancel it on my iPhone (Open the Settings app, Tap your name, Tap Subscriptions Etc) but I’m still being billed. I looked on my Apple account and the subscription is listed as inactive! Who can speak to get these charges to stop!

The people responding on the forums do not work for Apple. We are Apple products users like yourself, so you will need to contact Apple itself about this.

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown).
