SSL error on Apple devices

I have a problem connecting to a website and their app, but only on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook.

the website works fine on my PC and work Windows laptop on the same network. If I try to access even the home page (https.www.perfectdraft.com) I get the error:

“This site can’t provide a secure connection”

I get this using Chrome, Safari, and Duck Duck Go.

i’ve been through their tech help and they are at a loss. Cleared caches, reinstalled app, VPN on/off, changed password, everything I can think of. Same on 5G and WiFi. Tried my girlfriends iPad and got the same error.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the answer. VPN is not installed on my iPhone so considered that as the ‘off’ test

this is a fairly popular site, I know plenty of other users that don’t have any issue. if it was a certificate issue, surely there would be many more calls to their Helpdesk? It does seem to be affecting just me, and on my mobile network as well, so that rules out my router.

I’ll go back to them with that and see if they can look into it

Sure, let us know what they have to say.

From what you describe, you and your girlfriend are having trouble loading one and only one specific website on each of your Apple devices. It is occurring regardless of the device, browser, or ISP you are using. It occurs whether or not you are using Wi-Fi or cellular data.

Yet that website functions on your work computers (Windows PCs) and you have no reason to believe they are configured in a manner required by that website.

Is all of that correct?

Something obviously does not add up. When that happens, it means a critical piece of information is missing.

By the way https. is not a valid URL prefix (protocol) but I am assuming that's a typo.
