Choosing default region when buying iPhone in Dubai

Is there any way to choose the default region , when buying the iphone in dubai ? i want to pre order iphone 17 but I dont Want the aa/a region . is there any options for choosing the region you prefer?

I believe that if you buy an iPhone from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, you will get a phone that is intended for the country or region where you are buying it.

If you are going to be using the phone somewhere other than Dubai, you should buy it in the country or the region where you will be using it.
